Leina D. Holte, J.D.
Leina D. Holte was born and raised in northern Minnesota. Like most Minnesota kids, she grew up on the ice rink and could never leave the cold. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.
Throughout her 20 years of practicing law, she has gained experience assisting clients inside and outside the courtroom. With her background in estate planning, probate, and family law, Leina brings knowledge of family dynamics with an eye for long-term legacy planning and litigation avoidance.
Leina’s priority is to ensure her clients feel secure in the decisions they make about their estate plan. For her estate planning clients, Leina prepares plans that meet her clients’ needs and goals during life while also minimizing the emotional, financial, and tax burden on her clients’ loved ones after death.
Likewise, for her probate and trust administration clients, Leina emphasizes providing compassion and clear legal advice to her clients, especially in the initial stage. During this process, she educates her clients on their fiduciary duties while they serve as personal representatives or trustees. Leina’s robust courtroom experience puts clients at ease as they navigate the probate process.
In her spare time, Leina enjoys spending time with her family or relaxing with her Great Dane, Angus. Leina and her husband also enjoy the “empty nest” phase of life by going to concerts and taking camping trips to the lake.
Camry M. Fielders, J.D.
Owner & Managing Attorney
Camry M. Fielders was born and raised in Maryland but moved to Minnesota in 2020, excited for the cold weather and to visit the many thousands of lakes Minnesota has to offer. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and her Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law.
With experience in general estate planning, supplemental needs trust planning, and estate tax planning, Camry prioritizes client education during the estate planning process. This starts with understanding the different types of documents, selecting the right individuals for trusted roles, and designating beneficiaries.
By guiding her clients step-by-step, Camry greatly simplifies complex legal concepts, providing the peace of mind and confidence families need for their most important life choices.
Outside of estate planning, Camry has also completed end-of-life doula training to help clients be comfortable with all aspects of death.
In her spare time, Camry enjoys a nice cup of coffee while taking a walk around a park or lake with her husband Grant, son Carson, and dog Desmond.
